What is Flettia?

Flettia is a transportation management system (TMS) for freight forwarders with AI agents working inside the operation. The agents read incoming quote requests, request rates from suppliers and record the data in the quote and the shipment; people on the team review, set the margin and decide. Flettia is a CeroAUno product, starting in Latin America (Colombia and Mexico).

Facts about Flettia

What it looks like today

Your team isn't slow. It's copying data.

  1. 01

    First to quote wins

The request lands in an inbox and waits while someone chases rates.

  2. 02

    Everything is typed twice

The platform on one side, the tracking spreadsheet on the other. Every copy is an error waiting.

  3. 03

The routing order is copied from the last one

Errors included. Operations ends up checking field by field against the documents.

  4. 04

    Exceptions live in someone's head

One person knows what each customer needs. When they leave, it leaves with them.

  5. 05

    Closing is a second job

Costs arrive after delivery. Knowing what you really made takes weeks.

  6. 06

    Freight never sleeps

Carriers, origin agents and customers across time zones. Your team does sleep.

Your agent team

Agents that do the work, not suggest it

Each agent has one job and works on the same file as your team. We start where the most time is lost: quoting.

Live

Sales agent

Turns the email into a quote

Reads every request, decides whether it's new, a change or noise, extracts what the Incoterm requires and creates the quote with the customer linked.

Agent rules

AI does the work. Your team decides.

These aren't optional settings. They're how Flettia agents operate from day one.

  1. R1

    Nothing goes out without approval

Everything addressed to a customer stays a draft until someone on your team approves it.

  2. R2

Customers only see what they should

Never cost, profit, supplier names or internal routing.

  3. R3

    No number is made up

Prices come from your suppliers and are transcribed. The agent doesn't estimate or interpolate.

  4. R4

    Declared assumptions, never invented data

If a field your house usually assumes is missing, the agent assumes it and writes it down for you to see.

  5. R5

    The margin is yours

Setting the final price is a commercial decision. A person makes it.

  6. R6

    Every action is logged

Agent runs live in the file. Nobody edits them: they're the record.

The file

One shipment, one file

It starts as a quote and the same record gains tabs all the way to closing. Sales, pricing, operations and accounting work on one record — and so do the agents.

Built for Latin America

Built from how Latin American forwarders actually work

Not global software with a translation layer. It starts from how the region quotes, ships and closes.

01

Spanish-first

Quote, carrier, BL, file, closing — your team's vocabulary, not a manual's.

02

The Incoterm decides

What data to ask for depends on the Incoterm and the leg being quoted, not a generic form.

03

Works where you already work

Agents run on your email and your current system. No migration needed to start.

04

Local compliance on the roadmap

E-invoicing, DIAN and RNDC in Colombia; CFDI and Carta Porte in Mexico.

How we start

From your inbox to your first agent-built quote

  1. 1

    We learn your operation

With your team and your real emails: how you quote, who you ask for rates, what you assume.

  2. 2

    We start with quoting

The process that takes your team the most time, on your email and current system.

  3. 3

We measure against your own baseline

Response time, duplicates and unnecessary questions. Measured with queries, not opinions.

Frequently asked questions

What is Flettia?

Flettia is a TMS for freight forwarders with AI agents built in. The agents quote, request rates from suppliers and record the operation; your team approves and decides. It brings quotes, shipments, documents, invoicing and closing into one place.

What does the quoting agent do?

It reads the customer's request in the email, extracts the data the Incoterm requires, asks only for what's missing and creates the quote. Then it sends the rate request to your suppliers and records the rates they return. A person always sets the margin.

Do the agents email my customers without review?

No. Everything addressed to a customer stays a draft until someone on your team approves it. And internal information never reaches the customer: no costs, no supplier names, no profit.

Do I have to leave my current system to use Flettia?

Not necessarily. The agents can work on the tools you already use — your email and your current system — or on the Flettia TMS if you decide to migrate. We start with the process that takes your team the most time, usually quoting.

Bring a real request. Watch it become a quote.

Book 30 minutes with one of your own shipments and we'll show you the agents working on it.
